“Christ is Risen - Resurrection Ukraine!”: Oleg Tyagnibok congratulates Ukrainians on Easter

Svoboda leader Oleg Tyagnibok congratulates Ukrainians on Easter holidays!

The whole nation is going through days of long and hard trials - the sixth year of the bloody war in the east, a new dangerous virus that plagues the world. Probably, on these holidays in many Ukrainian families the closest people will not be together. Someone will meet Easter in the trenches in the East, someone cannot come to their loved ones through quarantine. But the darkest night, they say, is always before dawn ...

During the Easter holidays, I wish you and your families strength and courage. May we not be left with the belief that a better day will come tomorrow. We believe in him just as our grandparents and grandfathers, who have fought for their native land, for Ukraine, have believed. We must all survive and survive together - because we still have many unfinished important affairs. It is necessary to protect Ukraine from the pro-Moscow rematch, to prevent the sale of Ukrainian land to cunning domestic and overseas latifundists. And, of course, to save the nation from surrender to the Moscow occupier. We must do this not so much for ourselves, but for posterity. So that our children and grandchildren no longer have to fight for freedom.
