LIVE: watch the Together At Home festival on TV and the Internet

During these quarantine times, the Together at Home  festival  is being highly anticipated and promises to create a historic night within the totally atypical situation we live in.

The event, curated by  Lady Gaga  and supported by  the World Health Organization  (WHO) and the Global Citizen festival  , announced hundreds of attractions in the quest to raise awareness of the importance of staying at home and also to raise donations to help health professionals on the front lines of fighting the disease.

The day finally came and  from 3 pm today (Brasília time) the festival will be happening around the world. Therefore, we decided to create a guide for you to plan and understand how to live this unique experience. Come with us!

Confirmed artists

With more than 100 confirmed personalities, among icons of music, cinema, TV, sports and more,  Together at Home  is led by names like Paul McCartney ,  Eddie Vedder  (Pearl Jam),  Elton John  and more, in addition to Gaga. You can check the full lineup on the poster below.

A conversation that has everything to be very interesting is with the couple Idris  and  Sabrina Elba , since both were infected with COVID-19 and can give informative reports. Another information worth remembering is that the presentation of the event will be made by the biggest competitors of American talk shows  , united by the same cause: Jimmy Fallon , Jimmy Kimmel  and  Stephen Colbert .

It is also worth mentioning the presence of  Anitta , the only Brazilian to appear in the line-up.

The festival will be broadcast today (April 18) on the Internet and on television, including in Brazil.

Here, you can see the event on channels like Globo , Multishow and MTV Brasil . The schedule with the main bands starts at 9 pm in Brasília time, but you can check everything in detail on  the event's official website .

The time zone over there is “ET”, or Eastern Time in the USA, which is one hour behind us. So, just add an hour to have the schedule in Brasília Time among the many channels that will broadcast.

For example, MTV Brasil, VH1 , Paramount and Comedy Central only broadcast from 21 ET, or 22 hours from here. But the Multishow transmits between 8:10 ET, or 21h and 23h of Brazil and the globe will reprise from 0:45 already Sunday. Who also broadcasts from 9 pm is the  Sony Channel .

Raul Gil is admitted to Albert Einstein Hospital after suffering a domestic accident

On the Easter holiday, Raul Gil suffered a domestic accident and had to be rushed to the Albert Einstein Hospital in São Paulo. He lost his balance and fell off a ladder.

WHO on Mandetta: countries must make evidence-based decisions

The organization also reinforced that the relaxation of quarantine and social isolation due to the coronavirus must be done gradually

The executive director of the World Health Organization (WHO), Mike Ryan, said that the entity is aware of the dismissal of Luiz Henrique Mandetta of the Brazilian Ministry of Health. "We thank the minister for his work," he said this Friday, the 17th, at a press conference in Geneva, Switzerland.

Ryan pointed out that each country is free to act as it sees fit, but asked governments to make evidence-based decisions with the support of the entire state machine. He also stressed that the organization is working to provide technical support to Brazil, through the regional office in Latin America.

WHO Director-General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, urged countries to follow the organization's recommendations manual when assessing the relaxation of the social distance measures imposed by the coronavirus.
