Know how to use the Caixa Tem application, which allows you to operate the aid account

Caixa Econômica Federal continues with the R $ 600 emergency aid payment schedule. This Monday (20), payments will be credited to 6,154,392 people, including beneficiaries of Bolsa Família and enrolled via application and website, which will receive through Caixa's digital savings.

The application allows three free transfers to other banks each month, for the next 90 days. The Cash TEM will also offer the possibility of payment of bills and water bills, electricity, telephone etc. The user can also consult balance and statement, make payments and transfers of up to R $ 600 per transaction and up to R $ 1,000 per day.

Even if the deposit has already been made, the withdrawal can only be made from the 27th of this month. Until then, informal workers will be able to operate their digital account through the Caixa Tem application.

Step 1:

The Caixa Tem application where you will have your digital savings and will receive the  aid can be downloaded by all cell phones through Google Play or the App Store .

Step 2 :

After downloading the Caixa Tem app, open the app and click on the "I AM BENEFICIARY" option.

Enter your Social Security number to continue.

Step 4:

On the next screen, the user must enter a security code that will be sent via messages (SMS) from his cell phone, after using the application to request emergency assistance. The message will say "Help: Your code is XXXXXX, valid until XX / 0X / 20. Do not share." If you no longer have the code, you can generate a new one.

Step 5:

After entering the code a screen with the message: "We are almost ready". Click on the "CONTINUE" option.

Step 6:

The Caixa Tem application will request the Caixa Login. For those who have already registered with other applications such as FGTS or Caixa Enabling, it will be possible to use the same password.

If you have never done this registration, you will need to fill in some information to continue. First it will be your CPF number, full name, date of birth and email address. Finally, register a password. The password cannot have more than 2 numbers in a row (for example 1 and 2 or 8 and 9) nor can it be the date of your birth. Press I'm not a robot.

Step 7:

In the email you must have one with the name Login Box. Open and click the link to confirm your information. If you don't find the email in your inbox, it may be in your SPAM folder.

Step 8:

The link will redirect you to the login screen. Enter your CPF and then your password.

Step 9:

Some more information will be requested such as your cell phone number and the zip code where you live.

Step 10:

The application will direct you to the main page. Press "Emergency Aid".

Step 11:

A new screen will appear with the message "Here you can see your Aid in your Digital Social Savings account". Click on the option "Consult Assistance in Digital Social Savings". Then the message "Device Link to CPF" will appear. Wait.

Step 12:

To link your cell phone to the Caixa tem app, a text message (SMS) will be sent to you. Press receive code. Then, check your messages and, if you have already received the number, type in the application and click "Send".

Step 13:

To facilitate the identification of which device is registered in the Login Box, choose a name and type in the "Device Name" field. It may be the make or model of your cell phone, for example.

Step 14:

You will be back on the home screen and can see your benefit by clicking on the first option "Emergency Aid". The user can check his balance, statement and make payments and transfers when he receives the amount.
