Amazon announces hiring for 1,000 new positions in Colombia

Available jobs include customer service agents in English, Portuguese and Spanish, team managers, solution architects, and program and business managers.

The American e-commerce company Amazon.com, Inc. announced that it will create more than 1,000 new positions in Colombia with the aim of reinforcing its customer service in the world through new collaborators, especially 24/7 service for North America and South America.

Available positions include customer service agents in English, Portuguese and Spanish, team managers, solution architects, and program and business managers. "Since we opened our first operation in 2018, we have hired more than 600 agents specialized in providing the world-class service that characterizes Amazon," said Alejandro Filloy, director of Customer Service for Latin America.
