Sunil Joshi replaces MSK Prasad as chairman of Team India selection committee

The Cricket Advisory Committee on Wednesday appointed former spinner Sunil Joshi as the chairman of the BCCI's senior men's selection committee. The BCCI has halved the prize money for this year's IPL champions and runners-up as part of its cost-cutting measures for the upcoming edition. Instead of ₹20 crore, IPL 2020 champions will receive ₹10 crore. Further, the runners-up will get ₹6.25 crore from earlier ₹12.5 crore. The two losing qualifiers will now get ₹4.3 crore each.
