Pet dog tests 'weak positive' for coronavirus in 'human-to-animal' transmission

A coronavirus patient's pet dog in Hong Kong was confirmed to be infected with coronavirus in a first likely case of human-to-animal transmission, reports said. The Pomeranian, which repeatedly tested 'weak positive' since last Friday, will now remain under quarantine with Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department for further testing. The test also suggested it was surface contamination.

Recovered coronavirus patient dies 5 days after being discharged in Wuhan

A 36-year-old former coronavirus patient named Li Liang died on Monday, five days after he was officially declared healthy by a hospital in China's Wuhan, Shanghai-based news portal The Paper reported. He suffered sudden death triggered by respiratory obstruction and failure, according to his death certificate. He was discharged on February 12 after being treated for 13 days.

Coronavirus-free certificate must for travel to India from Italy, South Korea
